Are your items all Sterling Silver?
YES, we pride ourselves on our quality and ONLY use real .925 Sterling Silver. We do NOT do any "costume" or "fashion" jewelry.

How do I order something I like?
Easy, simply send us an e-mail and we will get you in touch with a Design Representative who can assist you.

Can I make any changes to items I see?
YES, that is our specialty. We can customize ANY design you see. If you like a bracelet that is in Pink and would rather have the same style in Black...... we can do that. Just let us know what you are looking for.

I do not see a Design Rep in my area; can I still buy something?
Absolutely!

You do not have any Reps in my area; could I become a representative?
YES... We will first go over the entire program with you on the phone and then answer ANY questions you may have and if you are still interested, we will come to you. We will come to your location and assist you in your first party and at that time we will also do all the training. What a great opportunity to be on the ground floor in in your area.

Do you have any Gold?
YES. You can add Gold to any item. Gold is just $10 more for each bracelet and $20 more for each Necklace. We use 14kt Gold Filled beads. NO PLATED. The difference is that Gold Filled is a much thicker layer of 14Kt Gold over sterling silver. It will not rub off like a Gold Plated item would.

What is "Direct Selling?"
Direct Selling is the method of getting a product or service to the customer. We use a network of Design Representatives to sell directly to consumers. This can be done through one on one sales or party sales. We focus on selling directly to consumers through a party plan format. Many individuals will come back and order more directly with you as well.

How do I recruit other Representatives?
At U Design Jewelry we will never pressure you to recruit. All ladies notice jewelry, so we know if you make a good product and offer a great service, others will notice and want to join. It is that simple. It is easy to share your opportunity simply by telling your own U Design story.

Do I have to recruit?
No, you do not have to recruit to be part of U Design Jewelry. Obviously, your potential for income is greater if you build a team of Design Reps, but you can earn a very good profit on your sales only. We know if you are good at what you do, others will notice.

Where can I recruit?
There are NO territories with U Design Jewelry. You can recruit anyone to join your team. Our goal is to be a large National Direct Selling Company, so we have additional incentives to recruit new Representatives outside of St. Louis.

How do I become a Design Representative?
It is simple to become a Design Representative. All you need to do is fill out our Independant Representative Agreement and we will send out your Starter Kit. Your recruiter will begin your training immediately. We will teach you all the techniques you need to know to make the jewerly. During your training you will make a bracelet, watch and 2 earrings out of our supplies. These are yours to keep and show off your new business. We then teach you how to host a successful party. Your recruiter will also be at your first party to help in any way. You will never be alone; we are here to support your new business.
