U Design is set up to we teach you how to make the jewelry and do home parties. At the home parties, the guests are given a bead board and start to design their own jewelry with the Design Rep’s supply of beads. After they are finished, the Design Rep takes the guests’ designs home and finishes the jewelry to the customer’s custom size. Allowing the customer to actually design their own quality jewelry is what sets us apart from other companies. So Much More Than Just Another Jewelry Company

There are no monthly requirements at the Design Rep Level, you only have to stay “active” which means purchase $250 worth of product over 3 months. Our average Rep spends $300 - $400/month, so that has not been a problem. We want this business to be whatever you want it to be. If you want to do one party or 20 parties a month, it is up to you. There are minimums as you move up in the company and build a team but even those are very attainable. We will support you with your first party as well as do the initial training with you. Your initial training will be about 3-4hrs and you will make a bracelet, watch, earrings and elastic ring using your starter kit. We will also teach you how to make some of the more advanced items we offer such as Cluster and Dangle Rings. We do not get a percent of your sales either; you only have to buy ALL your beads from us. We use ONLY real Sterling Silver, Semi-Precious Stones, Swarovski Crystals, etc... no costume jewelry. Your profit is higher than most direct selling companies, you making between 40-60+% on all you sell. Plus, you can earn commission between 1-5% on anyone you bring into the company. We strongly recommend you re-invest in your business during the first 3+ months in order to continue to build a wide variety of materials.
